Salvation

• "All of us have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory." –Romans 3:23
  We are all born with sin.

• "But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners." –Romans 5:8
  God gives us a way to be saved from our sins. 

• "For the wages of sin is death..." –Romans 6:23a
  Sin results in eternal separation from God.

• "...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." –Romans 6:23b
  It is impossible to earn this gift.

• "If you say with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved from the punishment of sin." –Romans 10:9
  With Jesus in our heart, we are made right with God.

• "God loved the people of this world so much that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who has faith in Him will have eternal life and never really die." –John 3:16
